YouTube channel video list extractor

Paste the link of a YouTube channel (youtube.com/@channel) and we build the list of the videos it uploaded, newest first, with the link, title, description, thumbnail, tags, upload date and duration of each one. The data comes from the official YouTube API. With a free account you see the first 10 and how many the channel has in total; the whole channel and the CSV are on the Basic plan.

What you get for each video

What it does not include

No subscribers, views, likes or comments: this tool does not ask for them. Not the channel's playlists, its private videos or the YouTube Studio analytics either, which only the owner can see.

What it is for

How to get the list

  1. Open the channel on YouTube and copy its address: youtube.com/@name or youtube.com/channel/UC….
  2. Paste it in the box above and press Extract: the list comes first, then each video.
  3. When it finishes, tap CSV and open the file in Excel, Google Sheets or LibreOffice.

Big channels, Shorts and old addresses

YouTube returns a channel's videos 50 at a time. If the channel has more, when each batch ends we give you the link to the next one: paste it and keep going. Each batch downloads its own CSV, which you then combine in the spreadsheet.

The list is the uploads list YouTube keeps for every channel: regular videos, Shorts and saved live streams come mixed together, by date. To split them, sort the spreadsheet by the duration column.

Addresses with @ work (with /videos at the end too), and so do /channel/UC… ones. The old /c/ and /user/ addresses do not: open the channel and copy the @ address YouTube shows at the top.

Without an account you can try single videos, but lists need an account, even the free one.

The whole channel, with the Basic plan

The Basic plan walks the full channel, batch by batch, and unlocks CSV: 1,000 extractions per month for US$ 7. With Premium, each video can also land as a draft in your WordPress or come out through the API.

Frequently asked questions

Is it free?
With a free account you see the first 10 videos of the channel and how many it has in total, for a single extraction out of your 10 a day, and can download them as JSON. The whole channel and the CSV are on the Basic plan. Without an account lists are not available; single videos are, 5 per day.
How many extractions does a channel use?
One per video and one more for each batch of 50 in the list: a channel with 289 videos uses 295 (289 videos and 6 batches) of the 1,000 the Basic plan includes per month.
Are Shorts and live streams included?
Yes, if they are public: YouTube puts them in the same uploads list as regular videos. Private ones do not show up, because YouTube shows them to no one but the owner.
Can I get the list of a channel that is not mine?
Yes: the public videos of any channel are public information and the official YouTube API returns them. What no channel gives out, not even yours, is the private YouTube Studio analytics.
