Privacy Policy

What we collect

With an account: your email address, your plan and payment status, your usage counters, and a short record of each extraction (the URL you submitted, the source type, whether it succeeded, and how long it took). We do not store the extracted content itself beyond the response we send you.

Without an account: a salted hash of your IP address, used only to apply the daily free quota. The IP itself is not stored.

What we use it for

To run the service: sign you in, apply quotas, bill paid plans, and detect abuse. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else processes it

Supabase (database and sign-in, EU/US), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-bot check on the free plan), and the payment provider you choose: Lemon Squeezy (card or PayPal) or Mercado Pago. We never see your card; the provider sends us only the subscription status and a link to manage it. If you add a WordPress or webhook connector, the entries you choose to send go to the address you configured.

Cookies

A session cookie to keep you signed in, and a cookie that remembers your language. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention and rights

Extraction records are kept for 12 months; account data until you close the account. You can ask for a copy or deletion of your data at hola@embedfinder.com.
